Q: How long have you been an advisor in this area?
A: I joined Investors Group Financial Services in London in the past year.

Q: Do you have experience advising clients who have arranged planned gifts? For how many years?
A: Members of my immediate family graduated from the University of Western Ontario and have been gift donors, at various times, for many years. A number of my contacts also make planned gifts on a regular basis.

Q: Have you made arrangements for a personal planned gift?
A: I graduated from Western within the past five years. Although I was previously unable to make a personal donation, I am now planning to do so.

Q: What is your personal philosophy of philanthropy, and gift planning, specifically?
A: Every bit of support can help accomplish great things. At Investors Group, we feel that it is important to invest in our community and all its possibilities. My experiences at Western were very positive and it is my hope that future generations have the same opportunities. Therefore, it is quite important to me to offer my support to help ensure that Western maintains its high standard of education.

Q: Are you a member of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners – locally and/or nationally? If so, for how long?
A: I am not, personally, a member of the Canadian Association of Gift Planners but I would like to receive more information about this organization.
